Worsley Golf Club is one of the oldest and most challenging golf courses in the Greater Manchester area. Situated just 6 miles west of Manchester within the regions’ most beautiful and scenic parkland, visitors and societies can enjoy a relaxing yet challenging round of golf in a tranquil setting.

Founded in 1894 and redesigned in the 1930s by the legendary James Braid, the course is characterised with gently rolling fairways and our expert green keepers take immense pride in ensuring the course is always presented in immaculate condition.

Unwind in the 19th Century Clubhouse with a wide choice of fine food and wines available from the bar, and a grandstand view of the 1st tee and 18th green from the balcony. Our friendly and professional staff will endeavour to accommodate your needs.

Societies

We welcome society visits and offer a number of different packages with no frills golf at £15pp to our Bronze, Silver and Gold packages that include refreshments throughout the day, lunch, 15 holes of golf and 3 course evening meal.

Price is for a minimum booking of 12 players with tee off on either Monday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday from 11am.
